On behalf of the Board of Management of Laidley Community Centre Inc. we extend a cordial invitation to attend our 2020 Annual General Meeting (AGM).
The AGM will be held at 13 Mary Street, Laidley on Thursday the 15th of October at 6.30pm with coffee and sweets served from 6.15pm. The meeting will include the election of the new board. The meeting will be run under our COVIDSafe Plan and we ask people not to attend if they are unwell.
Nominations are now open for all board positions and close at 5pm on the 29th of September 2020 after which time a list of nominees will be on display on the Centre noticeboard. Please find attached a nomination form for this purpose.
A reminder that general membership is now automatically renewed each year free of charge unless individuals opt-out. A general membership form is attached for those individuals who are not existing members.
